All sales are considered final once orders are processed and shipped. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any cut and shipped fabrics. Most of our textile products are offered in limited quantities and custom cut specifically to match each customer’s order. Since custom-cut materials cannot be restocked or resold, returns and exchanges are not applicable for these items.

Pre-Order Swatch Recommendation

To ensure full satisfaction with your purchase, we highly recommend ordering a fabric swatch before placing a full-size order. Swatches allow you to check the fabric’s actual color, texture, thickness, and drape. This simple step helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures the material fits your design expectations perfectly.

Fabric Defect Reporting Rules

If you discover any manufacturing defects with your fabric upon delivery, please feel free to contact us in a timely manner. Kindly send an email to labrick_store@sina.com with clear photos and a complete original unboxing video within 10 days of receiving your order. The full unboxing footage helps our team accurately verify factory defects and rule out damage that occurs after unpacking. We will carefully review your submission and follow up accordingly.

After-Sales Replacement Solution

Once we confirm a valid factory defect, we offer a free fabric replacement service in place of refunds or returns. We will cover the shipping cost for your replacement item. Please note that the original shipping fee for your order remains non-refundable in all situations.

Transit Loss & Damage Disclaimer

We do not hold responsibility for items that are lost or externally damaged during transit. However, we will gladly cooperate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve any delivery issues to the best of our ability.
