Shipping Policy
Vela Fabrics provides reliable international shipping services for all online orders. We offer clear and standardized shipping rates for global customers. All fabric orders are processed and shipped professionally to ensure safe delivery. Our shipping terms apply to all international destinations without regional differentiation.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Most orders will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that bulk swatch orders may require extra processing time. Orders with 20 or more swatches usually take 3 to 5 business days to arrange shipment.
Standard Shipping Delivery Time
All standard international shipments have an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. This timeframe applies to most global destinations under normal logistics conditions.
Delivery times are estimated and not fully guaranteed. Transit duration may be extended due to customs clearance procedures, remote delivery areas, local holidays, or unforeseen logistics fluctuations.
International Shipping Rate Rules
We apply clear, fixed international shipping rates for all global orders, with no regional differences. The shipping charge is determined strictly by your order subtotal and item quantity, as listed below:
- Free Worldwide Shipping: All orders with a subtotal of $200 or above qualify for free international shipping.
- Standard Flat Shipping Rate: Orders under $200 are charged a base shipping fee of $20. Each additional item in the order adds a further $5 to the total shipping cost.
- Swatch Order Shipping: Fabric swatch orders incur a flat shipping fee of $10. Additional charges may apply for orders with a large quantity of swatches, based on actual logistics weight and shipping requirements.
Custom Shipping Arrangement
For regular customers and large bulk orders, we support customized shipping solutions. If you frequently place large fabric orders, feel free to contact us at labrick_store@sina.com. We will tailor the most suitable and cost-effective shipping plan for your long-term purchases.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
All displayed shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes or local customs charges. These additional fees may be imposed by the destination country upon arrival.
The recipient is fully responsible for all local tax and duty costs. We have no control over customs regulations in different countries. We cannot cover any related charges incurred during customs clearance.
Shipping Delay Disclaimer
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by extreme weather conditions. We also do not take liability for delays due to carrier service issues, customs inspection or other uncontrollable external factors.
